WALKING ON COBBLESTONE

H&M FLORAL TOP (AS SEEN HERE), SILENCE + NOISE TANK FROM UO, GAP SHORTS, DOLCE VITA SANDALS, MARC BY MARC JACOBS PURSE (TURNED CLUTCH), HOUSE OF HARLOW SUNGLASSES, VARIOUS JEWELRY

Walking in wooden heels on cobblestone requires small steps and great balance. I managed to escape without any scrapes or bruises.

Yesterday, I spent the evening at the Hollywood Bowl with a friend to see Gavin DeGraw, Train and Maroon 5. I love the Bowl especially on a summer night - best place to be in LA. The traffic getting there? Not so much. It took almost 2 hours to go 7 miles. I probably could've walked faster.

One of the perks of the Hollywood Bowl, unlike almost all other venues is that they allow/encourage you to bring in outside food. Fully taking advantage of this, we ordered 'bowl boxes' from Clementine's. Along with seeing the promised line up - Maroon 5 had special guests Javier Colon from the Voice (duet to Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror") and Stevie Nicks (duet to "Leather and Lace"). That's one thing that I love about LA concerts - there's always a surprise guest.

  13. Your top is adorable.
I hate walking in heels on cobblestones or rocky walkways. I always hold onto someone for dear life because I might literally die.
    The concert sounds amazing.

  21. LOVE the yellow Marc by Marc Jacobs. It gives the outfit that extra pop of color. I'm digging the circle frames as well.

The Hollywood Bowl sounds wonderful. I wish I knew about all these places before I left Socal. I feel like I missed out on a lot of stuff. {*boo} And I only lived 45 mins from LA back then. Totally awesome that they let you take outside food in.
