FAREWELL AUGUST

FOREVER 21 JACKET, H&M TOP, GENETIC DENIM SHORTS, STEVEN BY STEVE MADDEN LOAFERS (AS SEEN HERE), ZARA CLUTCH (AS SEEN HERE AND HERE)

Update on the leopard loafers since this post: still not as comfortable as I'd like, but manageable enough to get through the day. As long as I have bandaids on the backs of my feet, I'm fine.

This month as flown by (literally) so fast. It feels like Summer barely started yet Fall is just around the corner and pretty soon we'll be doing Christmas shopping and ringing in 2012! August has been crazy to say the least. I started off the month in San Fran, headed across the country to New York, back to LA, down to Miami, back to LA, out to Vegas for 8 hours, back to LA, over to Chicago and finally back home in LA for the next 2 weeks. That sentence alone makes me want to collapse.

I plan to take advantage of this long weekend by trying out a few new restaurants (I have a whole list!), watching a movie or 2, taking my brother back to school shopping, celebrating my mom's birthday and attending both a futbol (aka soccer) and football game. Just 2 more days until the long weekend!

  6. I just read your comment on the couponing! LOL
I'm learning myself! I did make 6 cents off 2 Tide laundry detergent single load packets today! I was so proud of myself. lol

You should definitely read krazycouponlady.com. There's a tab for what they call "Coupon Virgins." It's a great starting point to get into the coupon game! :D

  7. You surely had a busy August!! A whole lot of traveling.. I wish I could travel that much... but my "job" requires me to sit behind a desk all day loooooong. lol.

It's a pity that the shoes are still uncomfy. Hopefully they get broken in soon, because they are just so awesome.

Hope you're having a great week so far, babe. Excited for the long weekend too, mine starts tomorrow! Yipee.

    xx Love & Aloha

  32. I love the leopard loafers and I'm glad they're getting more comfortable. They remind me of the Sam Edelman ones but I'm sure Steve Madden's might be slightly better priced.
