ICE CREAM TRIPPIN': PORTLAND

Being back in Portland this time around really solidified my love for the city. Crisp air, lush greenery, clean streets, hip boutiques and the best lattes... PDX has it all. Between our ice cream adventures at Salt & Straw (fave!) and Cool Moon Ice Cream Co., we ventured 2 hours west to Cannon Beach to enjoy its epic sunset. Upon first glance, my jaw dropped, heart skipped a beat, voice filled with excitement and my eyes  in awe of all its beauty. Cannon Beach was added to the itinerary based on photos that I've seen, but viewing it with my own eyes was an out of this world experience and making it one of my favorite destinations of the entire #icecreamtrippin road trip.

1-3. The cutest Airbnb house | 4-5. Obligatory coffee run at Stumptown, founded in PDX | 6. Mix-matched bar stools at Harlow | 7-8. Salt & Straw - must try their Honey Lavender and Pear & Blue Cheese! | 9. When in Portland, it's Nike everything | 10-20. Photo memories from Cannon Beach | 21. Solo scoops of Salted Caramel and Mint Chip via Cool Moon Ice Cream Co. | 22. Warning: you'll want to buy everything in this store | 23-25. Fueling up on lattes from Heart Coffee Roasters before our next stop - Seattle!
