I'm slowly, but surely getting through all the recaps from my #icecreamtrippin road trip. In my mind, if I take my time and savour each post, then the trip still isn't really over yet. Last October's stop in Nashville marked my 5th time in one of, if not, my favorite city in the USA. If external factors didn't matter (family, friends, career, etc.), a move to Music City would be made in a heart beat. There's something endearing about the town, its people, and overall environment. I can't quite pinpoint what it is exactly - maybe it's my favorite ice cream shop (Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream), the best iced lattes (Barista Parlor), dining on good ol' Southern food (Monell's and Peg Leg Porker), taking a stroll through Radnor Lake State Park, treasure hunting at the flea market, the friends that reside there or a combination of all the above. Regardless, it's a place that's near and dear to me, and I always look forward to my next visit.
